CARING FOR YOUR ART PIECE
Each piece is individually hand-built from natural clay, making it unique and full of character. Unlike commercially manufactured ceramics, every piece carries its own subtle variations and is more delicate, so it should be handled with care.
Avoid knocking your artwork against hard surfaces or allowing objects to bump into it, as this may cause chips, cracks or breakage.
The interior of most pieces has been glazed, making them food-safe and water-resistant, though not always completely waterproof.
If you would like to use your piece for fresh flowers or plants, we recommend lining it with plastic or placing a waterproof container inside to hold the water.
Over time, your piece may gather dust. Simply rinse it gently with clean water - even under a running tap if needed. Allow it to dry naturally in a sunny spot, and it will return to its beautifully, perfectly imperfect self.
